CANDLES  

At MOOSH HOME, our aesthetic candles make both a unique piece of décor while offering a safe and clean burn. All our sculptural candles come unscented and all candles are individually hand poured using 100% pure soy wax.  We use lead-free natural cotton wicks or natural wood wicks. Our jar candles and concrete jars also use 100% soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oil.

Soy wax is an all natural and renewable type of wax, which has the added benefit of burning slower than paraffin wax due to it's cooler burning temperature. When combined with a cotton wick, you get a much cleaner and safer burn.

Our sculptural candles are designed to be decorative statement piece to elevate your homes aesthetics. Each candle is meticulously hand-wicked and hand poured in small batches. Please note every piece will not be identical and each piece will have it's own beautiful unique characteristics. There may be slight color difference or may have small imperfections due to the pure soy wax.

CONCRETE ART

Each concrete piece has been individually hand poured, sanded and sealed. Due to the nature of concrete and processes required to create this design, any markings will be unique to each piece making it one of a kind.

There are protector stoppers under each concrete piece to ensure it does not scratch any surfaces or furniture.

Please note concrete is a porous material and, although sealed, water, soap, oils can cause discoloration. 

All our cement candle vessels are also unique. Smooth on the exterior and sealed with organic, non-toxic and non-flammable sealer which has been approved for candle making purposes. 

There is a curing process on all concrete items, this is why we need 5 days lead time to ensure product is sealed and cured properly.

I have always had a passion in expressing my creativity and I value self care and compassion. With an interest in fashion, design, and aesthetics. It made sense that I would go into a business that conveyed all these characteristics. What better way to show my creativity then handcrafting candles, home décor and vessels. That is when Moosh Home was born.

I knew creating a new business, was going to be a challenge, but I was determined. Countless late nights and researching, I knew I couldn’t give up. Revising designs, refining candle techniques, and testing over and over until I got it right. There were many mistakes, but each was a valuable lesson. I don’t tend to give up easily and I knew it would be worth it in the end to hear the positive feedback on something I created.

All my creations are hand poured and handcrafted using all natural and sustainable ingredients. I take pride in choosing the right moulds and items that I love and hopefully you love them in your home too!
