Orders
All orders need to be sent by email (info@mooshofficial.com) or DM on our Instagram (@mooshhome).
For all bulk orders, shipping fees and order processing time is based on the number of products ordered. On average, please allow for 5-7 business days for order fulfillment. Larger orders may need more time.
Most items are made to order and curing time can take up to one week. Less time is needed if a product is already made.
Pick Up
All pickup orders are curbside only.
Once your order has been processed, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up date and time.
Shipping
Additional fee and will be calculated on shipping address provided.
Orders are shipped out of Vaughan, Ontario. Standard orders will be shipped out within 5 business days via Canada Post.
At this time, we are only shipping within Canada.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, so it arrives in good condition. In the rare event of a missing, stolen, or lost item shipped, we will investigate and take proper action.
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your candle is damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the broken product, and we will happily send a replacement. This will need to be done within 72 hours of receiving the package.
For our scented candles, we recommend you carefully read our scent descriptions prior to purchasing. Scent perception can vary from one person to the next. We can not exchange or return based on this factor.
